Personally, I am not against online classes at all. Just provide basic facilities for taking online classes which were not provided by you. There are thousnds of students living with poor resources. Govt should make policy while keeping the Penniless students in mind not elite class. At this crises – Quarantine time; Survival is difficult, how we can pay heavy fees to universities.
I think that HEC should force universities to give back at least half of the fees to students if they continue with online classes, because online learning is not completely effective but right now only solution is e-learning.
Students would be able to afford quality laptops, storage devices and internet packages with that refunded fee.
